Jay is also insurance licensed in New York and Florida. Jay began his career in 1979 with MetLife and became a Managing Director in 1984. He was inducted into the Management Hall of Fame in 2002 and retired from MetLife in 2009. His extensive knowledge of the financial services industry has provided for an easy transition to his role as the General Agent of CPS Financial Serivces. Jay's main role is to help Advisors develop their business and take it to the next level. He does this by telling tales of his days an Advisor, as well as giving fresh ideas and new marketing techniques that the Advisors can implement into their business. Jay also provides guidance and mentoring and offers encouragement and a positive attitude to everyone he comes in contact with. In his free time Jay enjoys spending time with his family, music, baseball and a good political debate.
